How to use YritysTäsmä
User instructions
YritysTäsmä is a secure and easy-to-use channel for occupational health cooperation. With YritysTäsmä, you can, for example:
- communicate non-urgent matters with your designated occupational health nurse (on urgent issues, you can still also call or send an email)
- review and send occupational health documents
- maintain personnel employment information
- store sick leave certificates received elsewhere.
Your designated occupational health nurse grants you access to YritysTäsmä. You will receive an email when this is done.
After receiving access, follow these steps:
- Log in with your online banking credentials.
- Click on the company name (menu opens from a black triangle)
- At the top of the page, you will see the menus to which you have access.
- You can edit your contact information and settings by clicking on your username in the upper right corner.

Personnel
How to add a new employee:
- Enter the employee's identity code and complete their information.
- Create a new employment relationship under "Active employments" -> "Add new employment". Select the organization.
- Fill in the job title and the start date of the employment relationship. If the end date of the employment relationship is already precise, remove the entry from the section "Indefinite employment relationship" and add the end date.
- Under "More information," you can edit the employee’s contact information.
- Remember to save the changes.
How to change the information of an employee
- If the company has several different sub-organizations/cost centers, you can find the people working in them by ticking "Search also by sub-organizations".
- The list of employees can be seen under organizations.
- Select a person by clicking "Open".
- If you want to change the employee's email address or phone number, select "More information" below.
- If you want to change the person's employment information, select "active employment". You can, f. ex. set the end date of the employment or change the employee's professional title.
- If you want to set an end date, uncheck the box "Indefinite employment relationship".
- NOTE! If you terminate the employment relationship, you will no longer be able to see it after the end date of the employment.
Messaging
Here, you can see a list of your conversations and start a new one with the occupational health nurse. Closed discussions are marked with a lock icon.
- If you want to start a conversation, click "New conversation" and select a recipient from the list.
- Write a discussion topic.
- You can send attachments by clicking the picture of the paper clip.
Documents
Here, you can see all shared documents and download them to your computer.
- Document visibility may be restricted so that you can only see documents distributed to your own department or directly to you.
- On the tab "Documents to occupational health care," you can see the documents sent to us.
- Select "New Document" to send a new document. You can select a file type from the list.
Sick leaves
In this section, you can enter sick leaves given outside your occupational health care services. You can also enter self-reported sick leaves for further reporting.
On the front page, you can see the sick leaves the organization's employees entered during the last hour. For data protection reasons, sick leave entries disappear from this view within one hour.
How to add sick leaves written elsewhere
- Click "Add new".
- Select a person by entering the social security number.
- Select "Received elsewhere."
- Enter the start and end dates, date of diagnosis, and ICD-10 code.
- Remember to save.
How to add self-reported sick leaves
- Select a person by entering the social security number.
- Enter the start and end dates
- You can choose the reason for sickness absence from the ready-made options or add the text yourself to "Free explanation of the reason for sick leave".
